Base Pass request must be filled out for anyone over 16 years old going on base without military ID. 

Soccer registration fee $55 per child.

Physical dated 1 June 2011 or later must be on file before player can participate in game.

Each player will need cleats, water and shinguard and a ball for practice.  It is not too early to buy this since stores sometimes run short of shoes this time of year.  Size 3 ball up to 6 years old.  Size 4 for ages 7-10.  Size 5 ages 11 and up.
